About Tom
Tom Blackledge is one of the early pioneers in British mixed martial arts — a seasoned fighter turned elite-level coach. From fighting in the UFC, Japan and arenas around the world, Tom has a legacy and experience that spans for decades. From his early days in the cage to mentoring world champions, Tom's influence on the sport is undeniable. He began his fighting career at a time when MMA was still finding its feet in the UK. As a dangerous fighter, Tom was the first-ever fighter signed to the infamous Wolfslair Gym in UK which was renowned for being one of Europe's early advanced MMA gyms and produced various UFC champions and fighters such as "Quinton Rampage" Jackson, Michael Bisping, Ricco Rodrigues and Cheick Kongo. Wolfslair quickly became a global name and Tom was at the start of it all, helping shape the gym’s fearsome reputation.
